How to turn your weaknesses into strength?

Strength does not necessarily come from winning. You can transform
your weaknesses into your strengths. As it is rightly said, “At times you
don’t realise your own strength until you come face to face with your
greatest weakness.”

Know your weaknesses
Ask your friends, relatives or trusted sources to help you discover your strengths as well as weaknesses. Having your weaknesses pointed out isn’t an insult on your character- it’s an opportunity to improve your life.
Accept your weaknesses
Acceptance is the key to solving most problems; growth begins when we begin to accept our own weaknesses. Don’t let your own limiting beliefs hold you back- change your mindset, accept your weaknesses and transform your life. Focusing on your weaknesses in the interest of self-improvement will open up new avenues of personal and professional success.
Practice, and be prepared
Practice makes a man perfect. Just like you work towards honing your strengths, practice building on your weaker areas too. You might be the best manager but might be lacking oratory skills. Watch videos, go to a training workshop or simply practice with a friend who supports you and provides objective feedback. This will help you face your audience with new found confidence.
Seek help
Seek professional help or hire a coach to help you. With interesting procedures, tools and techniques that specifically focus on the weaknesses that you want to work on, you will get professional advice, support and constant feedback to track your progress.
Hire staff
Till the time you work on building up your weaknesses, you can hire someone to fit in the skills that you lack. This will compensate for your weakness and also empower the staff that works for you.
